🍪 Shipping, Pick-Up & Cookie Policy
By placing an order, you agree to everything below. So read up, cookie lover.
📦 When do we ship?
We bake fresh every week based on our rotating menu, which drops every Friday at 3 PM (ET). All orders ship the following Monday, because good things take time (and butter). 💁♀️
🚚 Who delivers the magic?
- UPS handles orders within the continental U.S.
- USPS takes care of shipments to Puerto Rico
Once your order is ready, we hand it off to the carrier and send a tracking number to the contact info you provided at checkout (email or phone so double-check it’s right! 📬).
📍 Local Pick-Up (Orlando, FL)
Live in Orlando? Lucky you. You can snag your order every Friday from 12 PM to 6 PM in the Lake Nona area.
The exact address is sent after checkout and is also listed under each product on our site.
Forgot to pick up? Couldn’t make it in time? No worries. We’ll reach out to schedule another pick-up day/time only after the Friday window has passed. (We don’t offer alternate pick-up days upfront.)
⚠️ If your order isn’t picked up within 2 weeks, it will be discarded without notice or refund. No cookie rescue mission. Don’t ghost your cookies. 💀🍪
🚛 Shipping Details
We ship nationwide, including Puerto Rico and Hawaii because cookies don’t discriminate.
- Florida: 1 business day
- Other U.S. states: 2–3 business days
- PR: island time 🏝️ please allow a few extra days
👉 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
👉 No signature required at delivery
📦 Shipping Restrictions & Flat Rate Policy
While we offer flat-rate shipping, some addresses (like remote zones, certain regions in U.S. territories, and P.O. Boxes) aren’t covered under that rate.
If that’s your case, we’ll reach out with two options:
- Pay the difference via a payment link
- Cancel and receive a full refund
We won’t make changes without contacting you first. Pinky promise. 💅
⏳ Delays, Handling & Carrier Responsibility
Once your box is with UPS or USPS, it’s out of our hands. Delays can happen: weather, reroutes, holiday chaos (hey, December 👋).
We don’t offer refunds, reships, or store credit for delivery delays. If your order is marked as lost, we’ll help you file a claim (no guarantees on the outcome, though).

We pack your cookies like royalty, but once they’re in the shipping jungle, bumps happen.
- 95% of orders arrive in perfect shape
- The other 5%? Maybe a little bruised, but still dangerously delicious
🏠 Porch Pirates & Delivery Oopsies
If your package is marked “Delivered” but disappears (thanks, porch pirates 😒), we can’t refund or replace it.
Live in a risky area? Choose a UPS Access Point or secure address.
And yep, sometimes carriers mess up and deliver to the wrong address. We’ll guide you through a claim, but we can’t take responsibility for delivery mistakes once it leaves our hands.
📍 Address Accuracy
We don’t touch your address. The system generates your label exactly as you enter it at checkout.
If there’s a typo or missing info and your package is lost or returned, we can’t offer a refund. Want it reshipped? No problem, a new shipping fee will apply.
🍪 Cookie Freshness
Each cookie is heat sealed to stay fresh through shipping and life’s chaos:
- Room temp: Good for up to 2 weeks
- Frozen: Best within 2–3 months

🎁 Holiday Shipping Disclaimer
The holidays are wild. Once your box is with the carrier, we can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date.
