Where are you located?
Krokem Cookies is located in Orlando, Fl. We do not have a physical store yet. In our online store you can place your order with shipping or pick up. For pick up we are located in the Lake Nona area.
What are your shipping and pick-up days and times?
We ship to all USA and Puerto Rico. We do not deliver to Orlando, Fl. Shipping day: Monday of each week.
Pickup day: Friday
Pickup times: 12-6 p.m.
Orlando, Fl. (Lake Nona).
By placing my order, I understand that the shipment of all weekly menu orders (Saturday through Thursday) will be processed on Friday and will take 3-4 business days to be shipped on Monday by the shipping company.
These days and times may vary if we attend an event, bazaar or popup shop. Check the HOME page for upcoming events. Also the description of the cookies or the calendar to choose the day of pickup or shipping shown before Checkout.
Do you make local deliveries?
At this time we do not offer delivery service.
What happens if I can't pick up at the time and day you set?
You can write us at orders@krokemcookies.com and we will be glad to find the most convenient day and time for both of us.
Why are there sometimes some flavors of cookies and not others?
Our production is done on a daily basis. We do most of the work by hand to ensure the freshness, quality and taste of our products.
In Krokem Cookies we have several flavors of cookies and every week according to availability we rotate and change them, so weekly you can get some new flavors and others that still remain on the menu. The menu changes every Monday after 12 pm.
Why can't I order just one cookie?
Our minimum cookie order is 4 units. The elaboration of our products requires a significant investment and time, this way we maximize the efficiency in our business and guarantee the necessary resources for our orders.Our Cinnamon Rolls, being a product with more time in its elaboration, are not available every week, what you should know is that when they are available they sell very fast.
We also have a great variety of flavors in our Brownies which are baked as soon as you place your order on our website. Our cookies are also baked at the time of your order, so when you pick them up everything is practically freshly baked.
One of our mottos is Pickup Day is Baking Day/Shipping Day is Baking Day.
How can I preserve your cookies?
Our cookies can be kept in the same well-sealed package for up to 1 week. To consume them warm and with that soft consistency in the center, you can give them a touch of heat in the microwave, outside the package, for 10 seconds, although we highly recommend doing this in a preheated oven at 350F-180C for 5-8 minutes.
If you wish to store them for later consumption, we recommend freezing them in the same package well sealed and additionally in an airtight container for up to 2 months. To consume them warm and soft, take them frozen to a preheated oven at 350F-180C (out of the package) for 8-10 minutes or until the heat has reached the center of the cookie.
Events, Bazaars and PopUp Shops
We love to connect with our customers, that's why we attend certain events in Orlando and other cities around the country, so these pick up and shipping dates may vary. We recommend checking the description of each cookie or product to confirm pick up and/or shipping days or in our Home for any event we have announced.
Allergies Information
At Krokem Cookies we do our best to avoid cross contamination, however, we share all our equipment and utensils to bake our variety of products.
Please note that in our production area we process wheat, nuts, eggs and dairy, so we are not an allergen free environment.
What are the ingredients of your cookies?
All our products are made with high quality ingredients, without preservatives and fresh.
In our products you can find some or all of the following ingredients. They are listed below in no specific order:
Butter, vegetable shortening, brown sugar, refined sugar, eggs, wheat flour, cocoa powder, various spices, chocolate, nuts, essences, leavening powders, dairy, dehydrated fruits, salt.
